Associate Principal's Message
Welcome to Highland Springs Elementary!
My name is Daniel Jones, and I am the Associate Principal of Highland Springs Elementary school.
I am thrilled to join the Highland Springs family and become a Certified Springer!
Prior to becoming an Associate Principal, I had the privilege of serving Henrico County Public Schools as a classroom teacher, and instructional coach.
I believe whole-heartedly in creating a welcoming school culture where every single child feels seen, heard, and valued each and every day. I have a deep passion for championing student success and empowering teachers.
At the heart of my leadership is a simple promise: Our students, staff, and families are my top priority.
I look forward to a fantastic school year filled with learning, growth, and plenty of Springer Pride!
Looking forward to the 2026-2027 school year.
Warmly,
Mr. Jones
